Mining System Overview

Core concepts

  • Miner: a piece of equipment with a hash value.
  • Miner instance: a purchased copy of a miner. If you buy the same miner type twice, you own two instances.
  • Room: determines how many miners can run at once (slots) and may apply a multiplier.
  • Loadout: the list of miner instance IDs equipped into a given room.

What counts for mining?

Only miners equipped in your active room count, up to that room’s slot limit.

Miners that are in cooldown contribute 0 until their cooldown ends.
